A cost-effective, miniaturized diagnostic "Smart Ball" engineered to secure global High-Pressure Reverse Osmosis (HP-RO) water infrastructure by detecting leaks from the inside out.

This dashboard outlines our solution to a critical infrastructure vulnerability, detailing the problem, our hardware/software innovation, and simulated results.

The Problem

HP-RO desalination plants operate under extreme pressures (up to 80 bar). Undetected leaks lead to:

  • Significant energy losses
  • Massive freshwater waste
  • Risk of catastrophic pipe failure
Current Constraint: Traditional tech uses highly sensitive acoustic hydrophones, making them too costly and complicated for widespread use.
